BreadEx is a subscription-based bread delivery service, currently serving Dallas- Fortworth metroplex.

We offer 2 subscriptions:

• BreadEx: World where every Saturday, customers get to explore the world, one bread at a time. Each month, over the course of 4 weeks, we explore breads and flavors from a region of the world.

• BreadEx: Essential where every Wednesday, customers receive wholesome, artisan sandwich loaves for their everyday needs.

While the bread/loaf quantity changes depending on the bread, typically the breads are good for a family of 3-4.

We try to use local and seasonal ingredients. They may or may not be organic.

Along with BreadEx: World delivery, we will send a newsletter with details about the bread and how best to eat it.

We bake all our bakes from scratch, the day before delivery. We do not use any stabilizers, preservatives, or softeners in our products. Hence, the breads are best eaten as soon as possible, definitely the day they are delivered. Please ensure that the leftovers are wrapped in bread bags that the breads come in.

If you plan on keeping the breads for more than 2 days you could freeze them. To freeze, cut it into pre-portioned slices. Flash freeze the portions before tightly wrapping them in plastic wrap and aluminum foil. Place the bread in freezer bags and store them in the freezer for up to one month.

reheat, simply place on a baking sheet in an oven preheated to 375 degrees until it is crispy and hot (if frozen, thaw the bread on the counter first).

You can only buy breads from BreadEx at www.breadex.com.

We are sorry, we only offer bread subscriptions and you cannot just order a single kind of bread.

At the moment, we bake as per our pre-determined schedule of breads. We do not offer ala carte menu. But if there is a lot of interest in a particular bread, we can repeat it or add it to our BreadEx: Essential offering in the future.

We are sorry, we do not wholesale our breads. For many reasons (including having control over how the breads are taken care of, how long do they last etc), we will only be selling our breads directly to consumers through our subscription model.


We understand that bread is a staple that we eat on an everyday basis. The BreadEx subscriptions make it easy & convenient for you. We bake the breads fresh and have them delivered to you on a weekly basis. The menu & schedule of breads can be viewed on the website. Once subscribed you can fine tune your settings, add an extra loaf, or update your personal info at any time.

We have carefully curated our menu to showcase a region of the world over the course of 4 weeks, each month. For BreadEx: World, If you sign up by Tuesday of the week, you will get the first delivery on Saturday. For BreadEx: Essential, the cut off is Saturday Midnight.

If you know you’ll be on vacation, you can easily skip a delivery. Just email us on support@breadex.com and we will take care of the rest. Please give us at least a 3 business days’ notice. We will confirm on email within 24 hrs and refund the money for the skipped weeks to the same payment method that you used to purchase the subscription.

You can update your address, billing info or add an extra loaf to your order through the user-friendly subscription portal via your account page. If you have any trouble accessing your account or managing your subscription, please don't hesitate to contact us at support@breadex.com.

If for any reason, you want to cancel your subscription, please send an email to support@breadex.com.

At the end of every month, before the beginning of the next month’s subscription, we will send you a reminder. You will be billed on a 4-week basis (depending on when you signed up) unless you cancel.

In case there are 5 weeks in a month, we will send you a note on what 4 weeks you can expect a BreadEx delivery. You will be charged the same subscription amount every month (which will cover 4 weeks’ bread)


We start delivering early in the morning. For BreadEx: World, our endeavor would be to get the breads delivered to you before noon on Saturdays, so that you & your family could enjoy the breads for brunch (if not breakfast). For BreadEx: Essential, the delivery will be made on Wednesday, and it could be anytime between 7 am to 7 pm. Our driver will text you when the delivery has been made. Please ensure that you get to the bread at the earliest.
